Media Guidelines

• Please credit “Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS)” when using our photos, video, or data.
  
  
• All client interviews must be arranged by staff and require signed consent.
  
  
• Media visits must be scheduled in advance and escorted by CASS staff.
  
  
• No images of clients may be taken without written consent. Pre-approved images are available below.
  
  
• Please note urgent timelines in your request; we’ll do our best to respond promptly but can't guarantee it.
  
  
• If you're looking for a response from one of our experts, please note who you would like to reach for comment.
  
  
• We encourage the use of person-first, non-stigmatizing language when reporting on homelessness.
