Whether you’re looking for a safe place to sleep tonight, long-term housing support, or other essential services, CASS can connect you with the resources and programs designed to meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward.

I Need Shelter Tonight
Single Adults (18+):
If you are 18 or older and in need of support, we welcome you to visit the campus at 204 S 12th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Once you complete the intake process, you can request to be directed to the CASS shelter.
When you arrive at the shelter, our friendly security team will greet you and guide you to the triage desk.
At CASS, we offer:
- Same-day emergency shelter placement (subject to availability)
- Basic needs support
- Case management onboarding (Once you’ve been assigned a bed, meet with a CASS Case Manager to create a personalized plan for finding or maintaining stable housing.)
- Please bring a photo ID, medications, and any critical documents (if you have them). If replacements are needed, our team can help you obtain them.
Families with Children:
Call the Family Housing Hub at 211 first for assessment and referral to Vista Colina Family Shelter or other family options.
Older Adults (55+):
Age-friendly services and referrals to The Haven, Arizona’s first emergency shelter designed for older adults.

Other Services & Resources
Showers, Hygiene & Meals
Safe, clean facilities and daily meals for shelter guests, with limited access for walk-ins during posted hours.
Mail Services
Use CASS as a secure mailing address to receive important documents and correspondence while you are experiencing homelessness.
Healthcare Navigation
Connections to primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, and medication support through trusted community partners.
Behavioral Health & Recovery
Screenings and referrals to counseling, recovery programs, and treatment services.
Veterans
Case management and housing assistance tailored to veterans, with coordination through VA and SSVF programs.
Rapid Re-housing
Short-term rental assistance, case management, and tenancy support to help individuals and families quickly secure housing or avoid returning to homelessness.
Employment & Education
Support with resumes, job training, workforce partners, and continuing education opportunities.
Benefits & Identification
Help obtaining IDs, Social Security cards, birth certificates, and enrolling in AHCCCS/Medicaid, SNAP, or other benefits.
Legal & Tenancy Support
Referrals to landlord mediation, eviction prevention programs, and limited legal clinics.
Transportation Assistance
Bus passes or transportation referrals may be available through case management.
Domestic Violence Support
Referrals to specialized domestic violence shelters and hotlines, with safety planning assistance.
