Homeless Veterans deserve the support and care they need to permanently end their homelessness and rebuild their lives.
CASS’ Veterans Program provides 43 designated shelter beds as well as Veteran Case Managers and Support Specialists to serve homeless veterans. The team works hand-in-hand with the Veterans Administration to address immediate needs and help Veterans navigate through available resources. Our ultimate goal is to facilitate a stable transition for our Veterans to sustain long-term housing.
Veterans in our program receive health-care referrals, benefits information, employment services, and transportation assistance. In addition, our Veterans can take advantage of programs on the Human Services Campus that offer life skills support, transition assistance and substance abuse and health services.
This program is made possible through special funding and collaborative partnerships with the US Department of Veterans Affairs and the Phoenix VA Health Care System.
