CASS’ clients are diverse, homeless individuals and families living in Central Arizona. Just a few of the barriers our clients face in addition to homelessness are financial crisis, unemployment, mental and physical health disabilities, addiction and veteran-specific disabilities.

A key component in the CASS mission is addressing the diverse needs of our clients. Most clients require guidance in building a basic case plan to end their homelessness. Whether their barriers include serious health conditions that inhibit their ability to gain self-sufficiency or a financial crisis where employment is the catalyst to rebuild their lives, CASS’ programs work to empower its clients based on their unique needs.

We work closely with our partners in ensuring our clients are connected to critical health services for physical, mental and behavioral health issues, addiction, and other health-related services. For any homeless individual committed to getting the help they need, the caring and professional staff at CASS can guide them to a more stable future. Through collaborative partnerships, CASS also coordinates a street outreach program and additional overflow shelter during extreme weather conditions.
